The details, without the fine print

Lead Engine questions, answered.

Open any question for the practical scope. If your workflow has a detail that is not covered here, the audit is the right place to talk it through.

What is the Lead Engine, and who is it for?
Lead Engine is Townrelay's done-for-you front-line lead-response system for local businesses and contractors. It is designed for teams that want calls and new inquiries answered, qualified, routed, and followed up more consistently without adding another dashboard for the owner to manage.
What does the $497 setup include?
The $497 setup includes AI phone-answering setup with after-hours routing, qualification questions, appointment or callback routing, missed-call and new-inquiry text flows, a CRM connection or lead-tracking setup, plus testing and launch for one defined lead-response flow.
What does the $297/month service include?
The $297/month covers monitoring, maintenance, ongoing support, workflow tuning, lead-tracking review, and reasonable updates to scripts and routing as the defined flow changes in normal use.
Does Townrelay replace a staff member?
No. The Lead Engine handles repeatable front-line lead response and routing, such as answering common first-contact questions, collecting details, and directing the next step. It does not replace your team's judgment, trade expertise, customer care, or a full staff team.
What happens with after-hours calls and missed calls?
We configure the lead flow around the handoff you choose. That can include after-hours answering and routing, along with text follow-up for missed calls or new inquiries. The audit helps determine what information to collect and when your team should be notified or take over.
Can it qualify leads or book appointments?
The Lead Engine can ask the qualification questions you define and route a caller toward an appointment, callback, or next step that fits your workflow. It supports a clearer response process, but it does not guarantee booked jobs, customer availability, or any business outcome.
Can Townrelay work with our CRM? What if we do not use one?
When your current CRM fits the lead flow, Townrelay can connect it or support lead tracking there. If you do not use a CRM, we can set up a practical lead-tracking process for the defined flow. Complex migrations, custom CRM work, and broad database cleanup are scoped separately when needed.
How long does implementation take?
Implementation timing depends on your call flow, the questions and routing your team needs, and any integrations involved. We confirm the practical scope during the audit rather than promising a universal timeline before we understand your workflow.
What does ongoing support cover, and what is outside the monthly scope?
Ongoing support covers the day-to-day care of the defined Lead Engine flow: monitoring, maintenance, workflow tuning, lead-tracking review, and reasonable script or routing updates. It does not include unlimited custom development, unlimited integrations, major rebuilds, CRM migrations, new automation programs, additional locations, or paid advertising management. Those needs can be scoped separately.
How do I get started?
Start with a Lead Engine audit. Share where calls, texts, or web inquiries are hardest to keep up with, and Townrelay will review whether a focused lead-response flow is a fit for your business.
